As a licensed massage therapist with six years of experience, I highly recommend the products listed below, which I've utilized in both professional practice and personal self-care. I hope these items enhance your self-care and improve your overall quality of life.
Mother Earth Pillows: Large Trigger Point Pillow
This incredible product is perfect for relieving tension and pain in the neck and shoulders. Simply place the pillow in the microwave for 3 minutes (ensure it stays dry), and you'll have a warm, weighted pillow to help loosen the muscles in your neck and shoulders. Its design wraps comfortably around back of your neck, the top and front or your shoulders, maximizing the therapeutic heat benefits.

Trigger Point Massage Tool
This tools is super handy when you have those stubborn trigger points and tight spots in the areas you can't reach on your back. You will find this tool very satisfying if you hook it over your shoulder to reach common trigger points in between your shoulder blades. Be careful not to place too much pressure on the wrong area or on the right area for too long. When you have pinned down the trigger point, do your best to completely relax that area of your body and take deep slow breaths to help it release.
Automatic Shut off Heating Pad
These heating pads provide excellent relief for tight muscles and come with a convenient timer feature. However, be cautious, as some "heat lovers" may set it to maximum heat and fall asleep, risking burns and skin damage. It's best to use this product in moderation and consider using ice on recently injured areas, such as sprains or pulled muscles and joints.

Cold Packs
These gel ice packs are excellent for conforming to specific areas of the body, particularly joints. While they don’t cold as long as traditional ice, they serve as a great alternative for treating injured or inflamed areas. If you've visited my studio with an injury requiring icing, these are the packs I use.

Silicone Cupping Set
These is the cupping set that I incorporate into some of my massage treatments (depending on the clients needs). These are less intense than Traditional Chinese Fire Cupping Please check with your doctor or current healthcare provider (Chiropractor, PT, OT, MD) to make sure it is safe to use for your health condition. Please consult a professional before trying them on yourself. Misuse can lead to serious bruising, damaged skin and/or worsening of current health condition.
